  • Spectra

    VIP dinner for 30 guests, Cutty Sark

    On behalf of all of us at Spectra, thank you so very much to you and everyone involved for a truly fantastic event at The Cutty Sark.

    We all had a fabulous time and everyone was so impressed with the venue and dinner. We so appreciate you taking care of every aspect of the arrangements including the venue hire, lighting and flowers. Most of all Bethan, and it comes as no surprise, you have such a great team, who looked after our every need  - and wow, the meal was so delicious, a truly gastronomic experience.

    We also loved having you with us – you are a member of the Spectra family and it was so good to have you with us on the evening, especially knowing it was so last minute! The evening continued, as you would imagine, in good ‘nautical’ spirits, and I am sorry that we had to shoot off.

    Dinner for 800 guests, Old Billingsgate 


    The service and food were fantastic - we love working with P&G.

    Working with Jayne, Lucy and the team was such a joy! You took all of the stress out of the planning of catering and were really flexible around any last minute requests. All the catering staff were fantastic from the managers,  bar staff to the waiting staff.

    Our clients were delighted with the food, both taste and presentation. We couldn’t speak highly enough of the service and quality of food our clients received from the menu tasting to the evening event.  

    Thank you for all your help and support and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

    Thank you so much for all your help with our event at Hampton Court, you have been amazing throughout and we couldn’t have wished for a better team to get us through.

    I have worked with P&G several times over the years but I have to say this is one of the best and most impressive events I have collaborated on and that really is down to your superb organisation, calmness and attention to detail. All the staff were so helpful and Lucy and Bethan rocked! 

    Please pass on my thanks to all concerned, it would be great to work on another event together soon.

    Wedding Marquee for 225 guests, Colchester


    I just wanted to send you a quick email to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for all your hard work with regards to the weekend’s event. 

    I received so many comments on the night about how good the food was. ‘Best wedding breakfast ever’ according to some.

    Lucy – as always you were amazing on site and everything went without a hitch, which is down to you & how you lead the team. I couldn’t have done it without you!

    Wedding for 150 guests, Kimbridge on the Test


    A HUGE thank you to Lucy and all her team for providing such an amazing catering service for our wedding day. Having asked for a slightly unusual request in the first instance, we were very impressed from the start of the process to the finished product on the day itself.

    The food and drink was really important to us, and the quality was impeccable, the presentation was flawless and back of house seamless.  We had no doubt that everything would go to plan but on the day itself the service exceeded every expectation. People say you don't tend to eat very much on your wedding day - thank goodness we did!!

    Gala dinner for 400 guests, Stoke Park


    On behalf of the Duke of Edinburgh Charity, I would like to say a huge thank you for your fantastic contribution to our Diamonds are Forever Gala at Stoke Park on the 9th June, and for ensuring the smooth running of the event.

    The food was not only delicious but P&G really went above and beyond. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Payne and Gunter team in the lead up to and on the day of the event.
