The Peter Harrison Planetarium Royal Observatory, Blackheath Ave, London SE10 8XJ
Conveniently located in Zone 2, The Planetarium is just a short journey from Canary Wharf, the Excel Centre and Central London with excellent connections from DLR, mainline rail stations and river boats.
The most leisurely way to travel to Greenwich is by river. A cruise from Westminster, Embankment or Tower Hill will take 30 minutes. Guests can enjoy a drinks reception on route, while taking in spectacular views of London landmarks.
The DLR links Canary Wharf, Tower Gateway, Bank and Custom House for Excel to Cutty Sark and Greenwich DLR stations. Bank to Cutty Sark takes approximately 20 minutes, while Canary Wharf to Cutty Sark is only 9 minutes.
There are several direct train services from London Bridge to Greenwich Station and Maze Hill, which take between 10 and 20 minutes.
Most venues have coach drop-off locations. There are limited car parking spaces at the Museum that can be requested pre-event, as well as several public car parks.
