Won't leave home without: My team because without them I can’t do my job. And my hydrating lip balm
Career highlight: The Ryder Cup Team dinner, hosted in Cardiff Castle in 2011. As a Welsh girl I was incredibly proud of the amazing Welsh food on display
All time favourite dish: Lobster thermidor
Best venue: Somewhere we haven’t worked before so we can create a memorable event for our client
You heard it here first: as a farmer’s daughter I love going home to our family farm, putting on my wellies and getting my hands dirty
Lucy - Queen of Logistics
Years of service: 18
Won't leave home without: Pencil with a rubber on the end – it’s the only way to keep up with changes
Career highlight: It has to be my first BRIT awards – it’s such a privilege that we are still their caterer of choice 12 years later
All time favourite dish: My husband’s seafood risotto
Best venue: Our wedding marquee at my family home in the Cotswolds
You heard it here first: I had the pleasure of working on the QE2 for two years
Danilo - creator of menus
Years of service: 2
Won't leave home without: My motorcycle - it makes it easy to pop back to my herb garden for fresh ingredients!
Career highlight: Joining the Payne and Gunter team
All time favourite dish: Lobster tortelli with lobster bisque
Best venue: Trinity House - a perfect London view from the windows over the Tower of London
You heard it here first: I grew up playing 'Hide and Seek' around Rome's famous Colosseum
Jayne - first port of call
Years of service: 11
Won't leave home without: A calculator, you never know when someone may ask for a quote
Career highlight: FC Barcelona Champions League final after party at the Natural History Museum
All time favourite dish: Chocolate fondant with……custard (sorry)
Best venue: Hampton Court Palace, totally versatile space for weddings and corporate and massive potential for huge events
You heard it here first: I am a remote worker and live by the sea in Cornwall
Sean - marketing and social
Years of service: 8
Won’t leave home without: For the itinerant salesman it must be the laptop
Career highlight: The French ‘Hospitality House’, Old Billingsgate, London Olympics 2012
All time favourite dish: Traditional Bouchon Lyonnais
Best venue: The V&A Museum, the Raphael Gallery. To hold an event surrounded by Renaissance art from an Old Master: incomparable.
You heard it here first: I have inadvertently become a spotter of ornamental pineapples in obscure places.
Dave - behind the scenes
Years of service: 17
Won't leave home without: My Leatherman penknife and a sharpie marker pen (which Bethan usually pinches)
Career Highlight: I will never forget the Beckham’s World Cup Party in 2000 that they held in their home
All time favourite dish: Duck spring rolls
Best venue: Hedsor House, Taplow
You heard it here first: In August 2017 I cycled from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise money for charity - almost 1000 miles in under 2 weeks!
Kelsie - A BIT OF EVERYTHING
Years of service: New to the team . . . and raring to go
Won't leave home without: A coffee in hand & my phone, which is great for social media posts
Career highlight: My first official week with Payne & Gunter included working at The BRIT Awards . . .i couldn't have asked for a better start to my new role
All time favourite dish: A roast dinner with all the trimmings and lots of horseradish
Best venue: Natural History Museum. It is such an iconic venue, with several distinct event spaces, making it one of the most versatile venues in our portfolio
You heard it here first: I grew up in Spain as a child and moved back to England at the age of 10!
Kirsten - Counts the money
Years of service: 14
Won't leave home without: My iPhone, mainly for the camera which I couldn’t be without
Career highlight: Born in South Africa I have always felt privileged to work in so many of London’s landmark venues, for me they are all highlights
All-time favourite dish: Fillet steak with homemade mushroom and peppercorn sauce served with griddled baby tomatoes on the vine and asparagus
Best venue: Hampton Court Palace - I absolutely love the feeling you get walking around late at night; just magical
You heard it here first: I am South African, married to an Australian, living in the most Royal town in the UK - Windsor - with two amazing English born little boys. Universal family!
