There are three stunning spaces available for hire at the Natural History Museum, all spectacular and unique in their own right.
The first is the Central Hall, heart of the Museum and one of London’s largest and most flexible venues, the Hintze Hall is an example of Victorian architecture at its most magnificent, where you can dine beneath spectacular painted ceilings.
The second is the Earth Hall, where striking beams of light climb the 18-metre high atrium walls and dinner is served underneath the magnificent huge globe. Guests can take an escalator ride through Earth’s crust to the very centre of our planet and marvel at the sparkling array of gemstones in Earth’s Treasury.
The third and final is the Darwin Centre, a contemporary and light filled atrium, featuring a centrepiece 65 metre-long, eight-storey concrete cocoon, home to more than 17 million entomology specimens and three million botany specimens. The stunning glass wall opens onto a peaceful garden which offers guests a tranquil oasis and features a large amphitheatre, providing a focal point for entertainment or a relaxed seating area with a cocktail bar.
The V&A is the world’s leading museum of art and design. Founded in 1852 after the Great Exhibition, its aim was to make art available to all and inspire British designers. The museum now holds over 2.3 million objects that span 5,000 years of human creativity.
The V&A’s magnificent galleries make it one of London’s most unique venues for corporate and private entertaining. The John Madejski Garden, with its tranquil central ellipse, is a stunning space for summer cocktail parties. The elegant Dorothy and Michael Hintze Sculpture Galleries are perfect for intimate dinners next to sculpture made between the early 17th and mid-20th century. The Dome, with its soaring ceiling and central Chihuly chandelier, is used for drinks receptions and dinner dances. For larger dinners and awards ceremonies, the Raphael Gallery seats up to 400 guests and shows the Royal Collection’s Raphael Cartoons, which date back to 1516 and are regarded as some of the most important surviving examples of Renaissance art in the world. The V&A also has a world class rolling exhibition programme and all exhibitions are available for exclusive hire in the evenings and early mornings.
Troxy is an award winning Grade II listed live events space situated in vibrant east London. Formerly a grand cinema, the venue has been fully restored to meet the demands of today's event organiser. Troxy's capacity is from 300 to 3050 and is used for a variety of events including awards dinners, conferences, receptions, parties, live concerts, indoor sport and immersive experiences. In the past, Troxy has hosted the likes of Kerrang Awards, Google's Christmas party, Artist and Manager Awards, Ted Talk, Event Awards, Secret Cinema, Masters of Marking Awards and Corpcomms Awards. Acts that have played Troxy include Stereophonics, Morrissey, The Specials, Garbage, Pixies, Hurts and Biffy Clyro.
Payne and Gunter are one of the most popular of the venue's preferred list of caterers and have delivered an exceptional level of service at events such as the LUX Awards, Barclaycard conference and reception, Nintendo party and most recently in partnership with MCI for a pharmaceutical dinner.
Situated conveniently in the heart of the City, on the bank of the River Thames and with excellent transport links, Old Billingsgate is an ultra-versatile event venue.
Mixing contemporary design with Grade II listed architecture, it provides the perfect backdrop for dinners, parties exhibitions and conferences. Spaces can be as elaborately or simply dressed as required.
The Grand Hall can accommodate up to 1200 for a dinner or 2500 for a standing reception- perfect for an awards dinner or Summer/Christmas party.
The Vault can be used in conjunction with the Grand Hall or separately and offers a unique setting for dinners up to 600 and parties for up to 900.
Once home to some of England's most famous royalty - notably Henry VIII - Hampton Court Palace is an unforgettable venue.
Situated along the banks of the River Thames, It has echoed with the sound of celebrations and royal feasting for almost 500 years and today it still provides stunning rooms for entertaining. Every room is dripping in history, with myriad stories to tell and original features still in fine condition.
The splendour of Henry VIII’s Great Hall acts as inspiration on a grand scale. Originally a dining room for members of the King’s Court, the Great Hall makes an impressive setting for prestigious banquets and receptions, concerts and award dinners. A perfect way to finish the evening is to dance, post banquet in the Undercroft, which was Henry VIII’s beer cellar.
As well as the splendour of the Palace, the surrounding grounds offer a fantastic variety of options to hold bespoke events, from a small dinner in William II’s Kings Eating Room overlooking the Privy Garden; the secluded Garden Room perfect for wedding receptions and conferences; and the beautiful Banqueting House on the edge of the river Thames.

Located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site at Greenwich, the National Maritime Museum’s five unique venues provide a tranquil setting for any event, whilst being only 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Neptune Court is the National Maritime Museum’s largest venue and is available for hire for a wide range of corporate events. The event space, known as the Upper Deck, is a modern, light space suitable for gala dinners, awards nights and large receptions. Guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks either on the Lower Deck surrounded by maritime exhibits or under the colonnades on a warm evening.
London’s Abbey Road Studios is the most famous recording studio complex in the world. With a musical heritage that spans over 80 years of iconic artists recording in their remarkable rooms, it is also a unique and exclusive venue.
Abbey Road’s three flexible studio spaces range in capacity from 40 to 395, and offer guests the once in a lifetime opportunity to host events in the very rooms where legends have recorded and performed. Imagine, for example, a champagne reception in the room where The Beatles recorded 190 of their classic songs, or a 250 guest seated dinner in the stunning studio where the soundtracks for Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and Star Wars were recorded.
Studios One, Two and Three are suitable for a variety of events, including live performances, product launches, award ceremonies, conferences and dinners, as well as unique, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, such as our bespoke Record a Song days .

Printworks - Located in Canada Water, The Printworks is a new, exciting and versatile London venue now available for event hire for the first time. The Printworks consists of 15 acres of private gated land, comprising of 5 large industrial warehouses. The venue is ideal for large product launches, gala dinners, conference and experiential events.
Warehouse 89 offers 8,000 sq ft warehouse style event space located in the heart of Shoreditch with a large courtyard area. It has standing capacity of 400, banquet capacity of 250 and 300 for theatre, Warehouse 89 is an ideal venue to host events, product launches, fashion shows, receptions, conferences, presentations and exhibitions.
Canvas Studios located in Shoreditch has 3,000 sq ft of blank canvas event space on offer. This flexible space is best suited for exhibitions, product launches, talks, screenings, workshops, pop ups, book launches, fashion showcases, film/photo shoots and set builds.
Nine Adam Street (pictured) situated in the heart of the West End offers the perfect balance of modern contemporary event space. With beautiful exposed brickwork the space comprises of 2 spacious floors accommodating up to 250 people standing. This venue features 2 arches, 2 breakouts, 1 VIP area, a reception area, a kitchen space and a private entrance for VIPs.
Canvas One is located close to Shoreditch High Street and Old Street. It is simple but elegant, and has been designed as a blank canvas where you can create your own unique event for up to 150 guests standing. It has a large courtyard area which can accommodate another 150 guests and is ideal for a range of events including private parties, launches, film & photography shoots and exhibitions.

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is a popular location for events South West of London with a 3,000 sqm venue (hall 5) open year-round for any kind of event. The venue itself is situated on an airfield site adjacent to TAG Farnborough, a leading airport for private and business travel. The Farnborough events site is run by the very same people who host and organise the world famous Farnborough International Airshow (FIA), with staff bringing specialist knowledge and expertise to every on-site event no matter how large or small the requirement. Hall 5 is an unbranded pillar free event space allowing event organisers the creativity and flexibility to work with a blank canvas. Development is currently taking place on-site to introduce a new 20,000 sqm facility, bringing another events venue to Farnborough which will open for business in time for the next Farnborough International Airshow taking place in July 2018.

Standing on the edge of Hampstead Heath, Kenwood was built in 1700 as an aristocratic retreat away from the cares of the capital. From 1764 to 1779, the house was remodelled in the fashionable neoclassical style of the day for William Murray, 1st Earl of Mansfield by renowned designer Robert Adam. He added the imposing portico, a third storey and a new wing, containing his breathtaking library.
As you celebrate at Kenwood you are surrounded by an exquisite collection of fine art, with paintings by Rembrandt, Vermeer, Gainsborough and Reynolds, bequeathed to the nation in 1927 by Edward Cecil Guinness, 1st Earl of Iveagh.

Stationers’ Hall is a Grade I listed building, close to St Paul's Cathedral. It is one of the few ancient Livery Halls remaining in the City of London. Completed in 1673 after the Great Fire of London, the Hall's suite of three imposing, inter-linking rooms makes it one of the most sought after venues in the City for Corporate events and private functions. The secluded garden is a draw during the warmer months for corporate entertaining and the warmth of the Hall with its stained glass windows is the perfect setting for Christmas dinners.

An historical venue in the city of London, Trinity House is the headquarters of The General Lighthouse Authority for England, Wales, The Channel Islands and Gibraltar.
Trinity House designed by Samuel Wyatt and built in 1796 is set in a tranquil City location overlooking Trinity Square and The Tower of London.
Trinity House originated as a Guild of Pilots in Deptford in the 14th. Century, operating Lighthouses from 1566, and moving into The City in 1660, finally onto Tower Hill in 1796. The present house was rebuilt in 1953.
Trinity House has five rooms in a versatile town house environment. Shipwrights models, Royal paintings, a fine painted ceiling and unique carpet along with The Bell from the Royal Yacht Britannia assure a very special Maritime atmosphere. The House is suitable for lunches, dinners board meetings, receptions and wedding receptions, for up to 130 guests seated or 180 standing.
The House accommodates its guests in elegant comfort. The rooms are air conditioned and south facing ensuring lots of natural daylight. The entrance is 70 metres from Tower Hill tube station. There are disabled facilities and limited parking. There is a list of well respected Caterers and Service providers that know and enjoy operating within The House.
