London Caterers Serving Landmark Locations

London is home to some of the most iconic, historic, and quirky venues in the world, offering a variety of architecture, ambience and styles with defining characteristics and themes. When you host an event at one of these prestigious venues you’ll want London’s original caterers, Payne & Gunter, on hand to offer a quintessentially British experience.

Our venue partners range from the traditional to the quirky, and the palatial to the boutique, allowing us to find the perfect match for events of any size or occasion.

Within our partner portfolio we have the iconic Abbey Road Studios, spacious London Transport Museum, conveniently located Old Billingsgate, and the cool and contemporary Troxy – to name but a few.

As London caterers, we’re perfectly located to facilitate top-notch food and drink at any of these event venues, whether you’re throwing an awards dinner, corporate event, or private party.

Whilst these venues have some well-known features and spaces, they are always evolving, offering something different and distinct that adds another dimension to events. Sometimes seasonal or for a limited time, but also opening up new areas and opportunities to extend hospitality experiences for your guests.

Here are some highlights from some of our venue partners that might tickle the odd taste bud:

Over the Moon: The Natural History Museum

The Natural History Museum isn’t stuck in the past with one-of-a-kind events always presenting themselves.

From May until September this year (2019), Luke Jerram’s 7-metre wide ‘Museum of the Moon’ installation will be within the Waterhouse building.

This lunar focal point creates a spectacular sight for guests who can enter through the modern Darwin Centre and be treated to summer cocktails and welcome drinks in the courtyard space beforehand.

Out of this World: Astronomy Photography Gallery

The National Maritime Museum has amazing astrophotography on offer with 10 years of winning images from the Insight Investment Astronomy photography of the year, and you can host up to 100 people in this space to provide them with an out of this world experience.

This has now been extended until 4th August 2019, so shoot for the stars and get an intergalactic event under your (Orion’s) belt!

There is also a temporary marquee venue available at Royal Museums Greenwich for large events for the limited period between 11th and 21st June, with spectacular views in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site Maritime Greenwich.

So, make the most of the summer and a little alfresco dining with scenery a little closer to home.

Raising the Bar: Hedsor House

This stunning Buckinghamshire celebrations venue is adding a new permanent fixed bar, The Willingdon bar, from May 2019.

The design inspiration is taken from the 1930s, and particularly the exclusive Royal Willingdon Sports Club in Mumbai, which has a strong family connection for the owners of Hedsor House.

The new Willingdon Bar adds a very sophisticated and sumptuous cocktail venue to entertain and refresh guests this summer and beyond - at your exclusive hire event.

Partnering the Pineapple Way: Payne & Gunter’s Venue Partner Programme

We’re incredibly proud of our venue partners, and as London’s originals, we like to entertain those who run our venues as much as the guests who visit them.

Our new partner programme invites our venue partners to ‘Be More Pineapple’ as we offer monthly events to celebrate and strengthen our relationships so we can serve up the best hospitality together.

We’ll be offering masterclasses, gigs and showcases.

Our recent pasta-making masterclass gives a feel for what you can expect:

If you are an accredited venue partner interested in our upcoming showcases, then get in touch to register your interest and become a little more pineapple. 🍍
