The environment

Payne and Gunter is committed to environmental issues by taking time and effort, both in management and operations, to reduce and eventually eliminate the significant pollution emanating from the activities of our business.

We aim to do this by:

• Reducing waste and the consumption of fuel and energy resources in our kitchens and catering areas by following proven control systems.
• Sending our cooking oil to a supplier where it can be refined and sold back to us as diesel for our lorries.
